Do you provide repair services after the warranty period?

Our products typically come with a six-month warranty from the date of receipt.

If the product has a non-human-induced malfunction during the warranty period, please email us at support@aero-fox.com and provide the purchase order number. We will offer repair or replacement services based on the specific situation.

The warranty service generally does not cover damages caused by improper operation, accidental damage, or external factors (such as natural disasters).

Currently, we do not offer an official warranty extension service. However, we encourage users to follow the product manual for proper use and maintenance to extend its lifespan.
